We had leftover cranberry sauce from a turkey dinner, and i had perfected a butter cake recipe, so i put the two together, and added raspberry flavoring to the cake and baked it to perfection.
I chilled and whipped some cream and put a dollop on a slice
and found some fresh strawberries in the fridge. i sliced them up and topped my cream with them
it was light, creamy, rich, and had several layers of flavor. loves it!
btw, the cream was flavored with lemon oil to provide a contrast to the berry flavor
