i make a really good hot choco, and it is fool proof. i wanted to share my recipe with all of you, so you too could make wonderful hot choco recipes at home!
take 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder ( i used van heuten)
add two teasppons of milk poder (i used skim milk)
and two teaspoons (or less) of brown sugar
add a pinch of salt (a very little pinch) *i do this because salt complements everything sweet, so i figured, with salt in the recipe, you would be able to taste everything more*
and a dash 9very little, i swear) of cayenne pepper. i like how the pepper reacts qwith the chocolate, but if you find it weird to add this ingredient, then skip it, but im telling you, it makes for some really good hot choco!
add hot water, stir and enjoy!
