This is pretty easy, and since its my first time to make this, forgive the odd shape it took, plus i forgot to put oil in the muffin pan..so....hahaha.. just make sure to put oil in yours...
alright, so start off with a piece of bread,
with a rolling pin (or an empty glass bottle), flatten out your bread
it should look like this, make sure tokeep the middle part thicker than the rest of the bread
push it inside a muffin pan
beat some eggs and season it
put some slices of sausage in your bread cups
and then add your beaten eggs on top, making sure not to spill any. top it with your favorite herbs and spices. i put parsley flakes and basil on mine
bake it in an oven until the eggs have set. they may look a bit raw in the picture, but they're cooked through
i topped mine with bacon bits
and ate it with ketchup!
Here's a close-up after i've eaten most of it
Serve this for breakfast, or any time of the day. Make use of old bread and leftover sausage (or any other breakfast meat) and turn your ordinarymeal into an extraordinary foodscapade!
