Bread Pudding

Bread Pudding is one of my childhood favorites. I love how it makes the kitchen smell, plus its really easy to make.

Simply tear your old bread (yes, even the ones that have little pieces of molds in them; just make sure to remove the moldy parts), and put it in a bowl. Pour in some evaporated milk, 2 eggs, some sugar, cinamon and vanilla essence, and then bake it until its golden brown.

You can choose to top it off with ice cream as well. For this one, i chose Nestle's Buko-Melon Sorbetes, which was really refreshing. I love the contrast of hot and cold, creamy and chunky, and warm and refreshing

Dig in!
BTW, i also drizzled some strawberry syrup on my pudding ala mode

And then decided to add some powdered sugar on top

All these shots were taken with a sony cybershot w290! Thank YOu sony!
