Kare-Kareng Pata

Mama cooked some kare-kare tonight, but instead of using ox tail and tripe, she used pork legs

it was really good, i like how the fat was soooo soft, and well, kare-kare for me is all about the tail and the tripe, but when we cant have that, this is a really good alternative! try it some time!
