Leftover Makeover: Sauteed Asparagus

Alright, I amde this reicpe with leftover sauteed asparagus but I'm sure this will work just as well with sauteed kangkong or sitaw, or any other sauteed veggie dish. Actually, this reicpe works for almost ALL leftovers. (my personal fave is adobo)

Anyway, all you need to do is find an oven-safe bowl or ramekin. Then, take three pieces of large spring roll wrappers.. Put the three pieces of wrapper on top of each other, but make sure that they are not perfectly aligned. this gives it a prettier look later (an uneven layer. cute)
Anyway, push the wrappers down on the bowl, fill them with your left overs, drop one scrambled egg, top with cheese slices (or grated cheese) and then bake them until the cheese has melted and the egg has set. this takes less than ten minutes.

Wait for them to cool before you take them out of the bowl.

PS you may also use muffin pans
