The Concord Cake is one of the few cakes that is not too sweet. It is gorgeous to look at, and it is super yummy; especially the one from Tiny kitchen
Ok, so if you do not know what a concord cake, it is actually just layers of mousse and meringue
And those little rolls that surround the cake..those are pieces of meringue as well
