Stuffed Bell Peppers

I made this dish for the holy week since we aren't allowed to eat meat during this time.
The filling had rice, onions, celery, garlic, mushrooms, small pieces of cream dory, and then i moistened it up with some cream of mushroom and one egg. i stuffed them inside a huge bell peppers, topped with cheese and then baked.
you must admit, these look gorgeous
